乳腺癌84例临床治疗观察

目的对患有乳腺癌的患者的临床治疗效果进行观察。方法随机抽取在2007年5月这2010年5月这三年时间里,在我院就诊的患有乳腺癌的临床确诊患者病例84例,将其随机分为A、B两组,平均每组42例。A组患者采用多西他赛和表柔比星进行化疗(TE方案);B组患者在A组基础上加用环磷酰胺进行治疗(TCE方案)。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗过程中的不良反应和并发症情况进行比较分析。结果分析结果表明,A组患者的治疗效果与B组患者比较,其有效率基本相同,没有显著的统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者在化疗的过程中均有不同程度的脱发、恶心、肝功异常、贫血等并发症现象,但是没有显著的统计学差异(P>0.05);B组患者的中性粒细胞的减少程度明显高于A组患者,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用化疗方式对患有乳腺癌的患者进行治疗期临床效果比较明显,TE方案与TCE方案比较,患者出现并发症的程度相对轻,因此在对该类患者进行化疗时,TE方案是首选方案。

Conclusion The chemotherapy for breast cancer patients way treatment phase of clinical effect is obvious, TE plan and TCE scheme comparison, the degree of complications in patients with relatively light, so for the patients in chemotherapy, TE scheme is first selection scheme.
