| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康莱特注射液联合吉西他滨治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的疗效、生活质量及不良反应。方法 60例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采取随机对照分组,治疗组30例为康莱特联合吉西他滨化疗;对照组30例为单纯吉西他滨化疗。结果治疗组有效率为43.3%,对照组为26.7%,有显著性差异(P<0.05),在体质量及karnofsky评分等方面治疗组均优于对照组,差异有显著性。结论康莱特注射液联合吉西他滨可提高老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者疗效、改善患者生活质量,减少化疗不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of gemcitabine with and without kanglaite in the elder patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） to improve their quality of life.Methods Sixty cases of elder patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group received Kanglaite combined with gemcitabine chemotherapy,and the control group received simple gemcitabine chemotherapy.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 43.3%,in the control group it was 26.7%（P0.05）.There was a greater improvement for the treatment group on weight and karnofsky.Conclusion Knglaite combined with gemcitabine chemotherapy can enhance the therapeutic effect,and improve the quality of life in the elder patients with advanced NSCLC. |
