黄芪扶正汤联合顺铂对LewiS肺癌荷瘤小鼠的治疗作用

目的观察黄芪扶正汤与顺铂联合使用后对Lewis肺癌小鼠的治疗作用。为其在临床上的进一步应用提供实验依据。方法将实验小鼠随机分为下列五组:空白组、模型组、黄芪扶正汤组、顺铂组、化疗+中药组。观察小鼠生活状态,体质量变化等,做详细记录。取血后处死小鼠,取实体瘤称重并计算抑瘤率、肺转移抑制率,评价黄芪扶正汤的抗肿瘤的作用。结果中药组处理后的Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤明显减轻,肿瘤肺转移数目明显减少,并且对小鼠的白细胞和骨髓有核细胞几乎没有影响。结论黄芪扶正汤可通过减低化疗药物的毒性和提高化疗药物的疗效来抑制肿瘤的生长和转移。

The Function of HuangqiFuzheng Tang Combined with Cisplatin to Lewis Lung Cancer Tumor-bearing Mice

Objective To identify the HuangqiFuzheng Tang（HQFZT） and HQFZT combined with Cisplatin（DDP） on the anti-tumor effects of Lewis lung cancer mice. Methods Lewis lung cancer bearing mice were established and then randomly assigned to the following five groups： control group, model group, HQFZT treatment group, Cisplatin（DDP）group, HQFZT combined with DDP group. We observed the healthy condition and recorded the weight of the mice. Results After treatment with HQFZT, the weight of the tumor and the metastasis on the lung surface were significant decreased. Moreover it had no effection on the number of peripheral white blood cells and bone marrow karycytes. Conclusion The HQFZT could inhibit the growth and metastasis of the tumor on Lewis lung cancer mice and reduced the side effete of chemotherapy in the mice.
