| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入诊治冠心病的安全性、可行性和成功率。方法回顾性分析本院2009年8月至2011年8月住院的96例经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入诊治冠心病患者的临床资料。结果 96例患者经桡动脉穿刺行冠脉造影(CAG)成功92例,成功率达到95.83%,造影成功者均符合冠心病诊断,其中对62例病变患者行冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI),成功置入支架86枚,成功治疗患者60例,成功率达96.77%。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入诊治冠心病是安全可行的,且成功率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the safety,feasibility and success rate of transradial coronary angiography and intervention therapy.Methods Performed retrospective analysis of the clinical information of 96 patients undertaken transradial coronary angiography and intervention therapy in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011.Results 92 from the 96 patients achieved successful transradial coronary angiography（CAG）,with a success rate of 95.83%.Patients with successful angiography fit in with diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Among those,62 cases were undertaken percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） treatment;stent placement of 86 pieces was successful,which cured 60 patients successfully with a success rate of 96.77%.Conclusion Transradial coronary angiography and intervention therapy for coronary heart disease is safe and feasible,with a high success rate. |
