心理疗法在脑卒中患者中的应用效果研究

目的探讨心理疗法对脑卒中患者的康复作用,为临床康复提供依据。方法将70例脑卒中按抛硬币分组法随机分为研究组38例和对照组32例。两组均给予脑血管病常规药物治疗,对照组给予支持性心理治疗和普通性健康教育,研究组在此基础上给予为期4周的心理疗法(包括系统性健康教育,音乐电治疗和家庭治疗)。治疗前后,采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、和斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表(SSS)对两组患者的康复效果进行评价。结果治疗前,两组HAMD、HAMA、SSS评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组HAMD、HAMA、SSS评分均明显低于对照组,具显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论心理治疗能消除脑卒中患者的负性情绪,促进神经系统功能恢复,具有良好的临床康复作用。

The Study of the Application Effects of Psychotherapy on the Patient with Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective To explore the psychology rehabilitation effect on the patient with cerebral apoplexy,in order to supply the basis for clinical rehabilitation.Method According to the coin dividing group method,70 cases patients with cerebral apoplexy were divided into study group（38 cases） and control group（32 cases）.Both groups were given the cerebrovascular disease routine therapy,control group were given supporting psychological treatment and general health education,Based on this,study group was given psychotherapy（including of systematic health education,music electric treatment and family treatment）for 4weeks.Before and after treatment,the rehabilitation effect was envluated in both groups by HAMD,HAMA and SSS.Results Before treatment,the score of HAMD、HAMA and SSS in both groups was not significant difference（P0.05）,after treatment,the score of HAMD、HAMA and SSS in study was lower than that in control group,there was significant difference between both groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Psychotherapy could remove negativity emotion,promote neurological function recovery for the patient with cerebral apoplexy,It had better clinical rehabilitation effect.
