护理干预对缓解剖宫产产妇术后疼痛的影响

目的探讨护理干预对缓解剖宫产产妇术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法 2009年12月至2011年12月我院收治的剖宫产产妇200例,分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用综合护理干预方法,以视觉模拟评分法进行分析,比较两组止痛药使用情况、48h睡眠、住院天数。结果观察组护理干预实施后无疼痛、轻度疼痛、中度疼痛和重度疼痛者与对照组比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组止痛药使用率明显低于对照组,观察组48h睡眠时间明显长于对照组,住院天数明显少于对照组,差别均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论有针对性地对剖宫产产妇进行护理干预,能有效缓解患者疼痛,促进术后康复。

Study on the Clinical Effect of Nursing Intervention on Reducing Postoperative Pain after Cesarean Section

Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention on reducing postoperative pain after cesarean section.Methods 200 cesarean sections women were divided into 2 group,the observation group and the control group.The control group were treated with traditional nursing intervention and the observation group were treated with integrated nursing intervention.Assessed using visual analog scale for pain,and make a comparative analysis.To compare the two groups in terms of the using rate of painkillers,duration of sleep within 48 hours after the surgery and postoperative hospital length of stay.Results There was significantly different in postoperative pain between two groups after nursing intervention（P0.05 or P0.01）;the experimental group and the control group were statistically difference in the using rate of painkillers,duration of sleep within 48 hours after the surgery and postoperative hospital length of stay（P0.01）.Conclusion The nursing intervention can reduce postoperative pain and accelerate postoperative recover.
