妇科急腹症的临床护理体会

目的探讨妇科急腹症的临床治疗效果及护理体会。方法选择2010年9月到2011年7月在我院进行治疗的妇科急腹症218例患者作为研究对象,年龄分布为(29.4±16.4)岁,临床表现均为下腹部疼痛,同时多数患者伴随停经、阴道出血、白带增多、脓性白带、发热等。检测尿HCG显示阳性患者为138例,占63.30%。结果按照病情进行急腹症分类,主要的疾病类型包括感染性疾病、内出血性疾病、肿瘤并发症和其他疾病。其中187例经手术治疗,31例患者经非手术治疗,经对症治疗所有患者病情均明显好转。结论妇科急腹症经对症治疗和悉心护理临床疗效较好,应加强临床推广。

Clinical Nursing Experience of Gynecologic Acute Abdominal Disease

To study the clinical effects of gynecologic acute abdominal disease and nursing experience. Methods Selection in September 2010 to July 2011 in our hospital for treatment of acute gynecology 218 patients as the research object, the age distribution of 29.4±16.4 years old, clinical manifestations are lower abdominal pain, at the same time, most patients with menopause, vaginal bleeding, increased leucorrhea, purulent leucorrhea, fever, etc. Test urine HCG show positive patients for 138 cases, accounting for 63.30%. Results According to the condition for acute abdominal disease classification, main disease types including infectious disease, internal bleeding sexual diseases, cancer complications and other diseases. Including 187 cases by surgery, 31 patients the nonoperative treatment, the symptomatic treatment all patients were significantly better condition. Conelusion The gynecologic acute abdominal disease symptomatic treatment and nursing care clinical curative effect is good, should strengthen clinical promotion.
