紫外分光光度法测定鹰嘴豆豆叶、豆茎中总黄酮含量

摘    要:目的建立鹰嘴豆豆叶,豆茎中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定药材中总黄酮含量。结果采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量时,在0.003~0.018mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),豆叶和豆茎的平均回收率为99.3%和101.1%,RSD为1.86%和2.46%。结论所用方法简便、准确,可用于鹰嘴豆的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To study the determination of the total flavonoids from leaves and stems of chickpea. Method Determine the total flavonoids by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results There is a good linear relationship(r=0.9998) in the concentration range between 0.003 to 0.018mg/mL. The average recovery rate of the total flavonoids from bean leaves and stems is 99.3% and 101.1%, and RSD is 1.86% and 2.46%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of chickpea.
