氯吡格雷联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察氯吡格雷联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法 100例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组50例给予氯吡格雷联合巴曲酶治疗,对照组50例给予拜阿司匹林治疗。所有患者均采用NIHSS评分评价治疗前及治疗后7、14d神经功能缺损程度,评价疗效,监测不良反应。结果两组临床疗效治疗组总有效率为94%,明显高于对照组总有效率60%(P<0.05),未发生颅内出血事件。结论氯吡格雷联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死是安全有效的。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Shlfate Tablets Combined with Batroxobin on acute cerebral infarction

To investigate the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel hydrogen shlfate tablets（PLAVlX） combinedwith batroxobin（DF-521） for acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups. Therapy group （50 cases）were given clopidogrel hydrogen shlfate tablets combined with batroxobin. Control group （50 cases） were given aspirin. The effect were evaluated by index of NIHSS before therapy and 7days. 14 days after treatment, respectively. At the same time inspected the side-effect. Results There were significant differences between the two groups on index of NIHSS.The total efficiency rate were 94% and 60%, respectively（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clopidogrel hydrogen shlfate tablets combined with batroxobin is effective and safe on acute cerebral infarction.
