48例心肌缺血的临床诊治分析

目的研究心肌缺血在临床上的诊断以及治疗方法。方法选择48例心肌缺血患者进行研究,采用动态心电图检查方法进行检查,将动态心电图的记录结合患者的生活日志进行详细诊断,最后得出相应诊断结果。结果对患者持续进行24h的动态心电图检测后,发现缺血性ST-T发生改变的有35例,占72.9%。缺血性ST-T发生改变为98阵次,而无症状心肌缺血发生75阵次,占76.5%,有症状心肌缺血为23阵次,占23.5%。无症状心肌缺血与有症状心肌缺血在发生率方面相比,无症状心肌缺血明显较高(P<0.05),二者之间存在着明显差异性,具有统计学意义。而在心肌缺血时患者心率方面,无症状心肌缺血发作时平均心率明显高于有症状心肌缺血,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于心肌缺血这一病症来说,动态心电图检测是非常有效的检查方法,其对心肌缺血的临床诊断以及治疗具有非常重要的意义。

48 Cases the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Myocardial Ischemia

Objective Study in clinical diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and treatment method. Methods Selected 48 cases of myocardial ischemia in patients with research, by using dynamic ecg examination method, the dynamic electrocardiogram record of life of the patients with detailed log diagnosis, and then some diagnosis. Result Patients sustained 24-hour Holter test, we found that the occurrence of ischemic ST-T changes in 35 cases, accounting for 72.9%. Ischemic ST-T changes for the second array 98, and silent myocardial ischemia occurred array 75 times, accounting for 76.5% of symptomatic myocardial ischemia times for the 23 array, accounting for 23.5%. Silent myocardial ischemia and myocardial ischemia in symptomatic compared the incidence of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）, there are significant differences between sex, with statistical significance. In heart rate in patients with myocardial ischemia, silent myocardial ischemia and heart rate was significantly higher than the average onset of symptomatic myocardial ischemia, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions For myocardial ischemia in this disease, the Holter test is very effective method, the clinical diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and treatment very important..
