微柱凝胶与凝聚胺法检测不规则抗体的临床应用

目的探讨微柱凝胶与凝聚胺法检测红细胞血型不规则抗体在输血中的临床应用。方法对医院2008年3月至2010年12月间16312例住院患者血液标本采用微柱凝胶与凝聚胺法检测红细胞不规则抗体,比较两种方法检测不规则抗体的差异性。结果微柱凝胶法检出不规则抗体阳性44例,阳性率0.270%。其中自身抗体16例,同种特异性抗体28例。凝聚胺法检出抗体阳性38例,阳性率0.233%。两种方法学差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.44,P>0.05)。结论微柱凝集法与凝聚胺法在进行受血者不规则抗体筛选和交叉配血时都具有很高的灵敏度,联合应用更能有效地保证患者输血安全。

Clinical Application of Detecting Red Cell Blood Type Irregular Antibody by Microcolumn Gel Method and Polybrene

Objective To explore the clinical application of detecting red cell blood type irregular antibody by microcolumn gel method（MGT） and polybrene（MPT）. Methods MGT and MPT were used for detection in 16312 patients with blood transfusion during the period from 2008 to 2010, The variability of both methods was comparied. Results There were 44 positive samples by MGT, and positive rate was 0.270 %. Among them, 16 samples were autoantibodies, and 28 samples were alloantibodies. There were 38 positive samples by MPT, and positive rate was 0.233 %. There were not significant difference between both methods（x^2=0.44, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions There are fairly sensitivity of detecting irregular antibody and cross matching by MGT and MPT, Combinated application can effectually ensure blood transfusion safety.
