摘    要:目的优选治伤灵颗粒剂的水提醇沉工艺。方法以芍药苷含量和干膏率为指标,应用正交设计试验,采用多指标综合评分法进行数据分析,优化提取纯化条件。结果优选的提取纯化工艺为加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1 h,醇沉浓度70%。结论优选的工艺稳定、可行,适合医院制剂的批量生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the water extracting and alcohol precipitating technology of Zhishangling granule. Methods With the yield of dry paste composition and paeoniflorin were used as index. An orthogonal test was adopted in the study. Data processing was carried out with the multiple guidelines grading method for optimizing the extraction and precipitation condition. Results The optimized extraction and precipitation technology for Zhishangling granule was shown to be using 8 times the volume of water, decocting for two times, 1 h in each time, and using 70% alcohol. Conclusion The optimized technology is rational and efficient. It's calculated for the Large-scale production of hospital.
