负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科特殊创面的临床研究

目的探讨负压引流技术治疗骨科特殊创面的临床疗效。方法对我科收治的33例骨科特殊创面的患者采用负压封闭引流技术治疗,3-10d后,直接缝合伤口或植皮。结果 33例创面肉芽生长均良好,除患者拒绝植皮1例,因老年患者心力衰竭而无法植皮1例,余创面经植皮或皮瓣转移后愈合良好。总有效率100%。结论负压封闭引流技术手术操作简单,其适应证广,绝大多数的骨科特殊创面都可应用,其疗效确切,适合基层医院推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Vacuum Sealing Drainage for the Treatment of Orthopedic Special Wound

To study the vacuum scaling drainage（VSD） in treating orthopaedic special wounds of clinical efficacy. Method I admitted 33 patients with orthopaedic special wounds of VSD in treatment of patients, 3-10 days later, direct suture a wound or skin grafting. Results 33 cases of granulation growth are good, with the exception of patients denied graft 1, cannot due to heart failure in elderly patients underwent 1 cases, residual wounds after skin graft or flap healing well. Total effective rate is 100%. Conclusion operative procedure on VSD is simple, its wide range of indication, the vast majority of orthopaedic special wounds can be applied, its definite effect, suitable for application in basic level hospitals.
