补肺止咳方外敷治疗肺气亏虚型咳嗽的临床效果

目的：探讨补肺止咳方外敷治疗肺气亏虚型咳嗽的临床效果。方法将60例肺气亏虚型咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用补肺止咳方外敷，对照组采用枇杷止咳胶囊口服，比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%，对照组总有效率为70.0%，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组随访1个月后，治疗组咳嗽复发或加重次数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论补肺止咳方外敷治疗肺气亏虚型咳嗽，具有较好的临床疗效，值得推广。

Clinical effect of external application of lung-tonifying and cough-reliev-ing formula in the treatment of cough with lung qi deficiency pattern

Objective To explore the effect of external application of lung-tonifying and cough-relieving formula in the treatment of cough with lung qi deficiency pattern. Methods Sixty patients with cough in the pattern of lung qi deficiency were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random.In treatment group,external application of lung-tonifying and cough-relieving formula was used,while in control group,oral administration of cough capsule of loquat leaf was adopted.The therapeutic effect in both groups was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.3%,while in the control group,it was 70.0%,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Both groups were followed up a month,the recurrence or worsening cough in treatment group was less than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion External application of lung-tonifying and cough-relieving formula in the treatment of cough with lung qi deficiency pattern obtains a favorable clinical effect,which is worthy of expansion.
