系统性健康教育在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果评价

目的：探讨系统性健康教育在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2011年3月～2012年9月本院住院治疗的64例慢性乙型肝炎康复患者为研究对象，随机分为干预组和对照组各32例。对照组给予慢性乙型肝炎常规健康教育，干预组在此基础上给予系统性健康教育，比较两组的健康教育效果。结果健康教育后干预组抑郁患者比例显著低于对照组，平均得分也显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。健康教育后干预组正确服药率、合理饮食率、远离烟酒率均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01或〈0.05）。结论系统性的健康教育能够显著缓解慢性乙型肝炎患者的抑郁情绪，提高患者的治疗依从性。

The effect evaluation of systematic health education for patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the effect of systematic health education for patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with hepatitis B rehabilitation from March 2011 to September 2012 treated in our hospital were selected and were divided into intervention group and control group,each group with 32 cases.Control group were received normal health education,and intervention group were received systematic health education.Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After health education,the proportion of depressed patients of intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the score was lower than that of control group too （P〈0.01）. After health education,correct medication rate,the rate of proper diet,stay away from alcohol and tobacco rate of intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.01 or〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic health education for patients with chronic hepatitis B can release depression,and improve treatment compliance of patients.
