预见性护理在减少PICC置管后并发症中的效果

目的：探讨预见性护理在减少PICC置管后并发症中的效果。方法选取本院收治的112例肿瘤患者，随机均分为对照组和观察组，观察组患者给予预见性护理指引措施，对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组并发症发生率和护理满意度的差异。结果观察组患者导管堵塞、机械性静脉炎、穿刺部位出血、过敏性皮炎等并发症的发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度为96.4%，显著高于对照组的62.5%（P〈0.05）。结论预见性护理能减少PICC置管患者并发症的发生，提高患者的护理满意度，有利于患者康复。

Effect of predictive nursing guidelines on reducing complication rate after PICC

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing guidelines on reducing complication rate for cancer patients after PICC. Methods 112 cases of cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group were received predictive nursing guidelines measures.The control group were received routine nursing care.The complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of duct blockage,mechanical phlebitis,puncture site bleeding,allergic dermatitis of observation group was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.4%,which was higher than 62.5% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing guidelines can significantly reduce the complication rate,and improve the satisfaction rate.It is good for patient’s recovery.
