多奈哌齐联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后血管性认知障碍的效果

目的：探讨多奈哌齐联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后血管认知障碍的效果。方法选取本院康复科收治的脑卒中后血管性认知障碍患者共90例，将其分为观察组（n=47）和对照组（n=43）。对照组给予康复训练和基本药物治疗，观察组在对照组上给予多奈哌齐治疗，对比两组的疗效。结果治疗后，观察组的MMSE评分明显高于对照组（t=2.459，P=0.016），ADL评分明显高于对照组（t=2.459，P=0.016），疗效明显优于对照组（χ2=5.067，P=0.024）。结论早期多奈哌齐联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后血管性认知障碍可在一定程度上延缓血管性认知障碍的进程，提高患者的MMSE、ADL评分，改善患者的预后，提高临床效果。

Effect of donepezil combined with rehabilitation training treating vascular cognitive impairment after stroke

Objective To investigate the effect of donepezil combined with rehabilitation training treating vascular cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods 90 cases with vascular cognitive impairment after stroke were selected in department of rehabilitation of our hospital,and they were divided into the observation group （n=47） and control group （n=43）.The control group received rehabilitation training and basic drug treatment,while the observation group was on base of the control group and received donepezil treatment.Effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, MMSE score and ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （t=2.459, P=0.016;t=2.459,P=0.016）.The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group （χ2=5.067,P=0.024）. Conclusion Donepezil combined with rehabilitation training vascular cognitive impairment after stroke in early stage can delay the vascular cognitive impairment in a certain extent,improve the patient＆#39;s MMSE and ADL score,improve the prognosis of patients,and improve the clinical effect.
