神经刺激器定位股神经阻滞在老年股骨颈骨折手术中的应用效果

摘    要:目的:探讨神经刺激器定位股神经阻滞在老年股骨颈骨折手术中的应用效果。方法选择患者80例,分为两组,每组各40例,对照组患者采用硬膜外穿刺麻醉,观察组患者采用神经刺激器定位股神经阻滞,比较两组患者的感觉和运动阻滞起效及持续时间,并统计两组患者的并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的感觉阻滞起效时间、持续时间和运动阻滞起效时间、持续时间均显著短于对照组(P〈0.05),观察组发生恶性呕吐、穿刺部位疼痛及低血压的比例显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论对于老年髋关节置换患者实施神经刺激器定位股神经阻滞,能有效提高阻滞效率,减少并发症,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect on nerve stimulator location of femoral nerve block in the elderly femoral neck fracture surgery. Methods 80 cases were selected and divided into two groups,each group of 40 cases,the control group were used epidural anesthesia,the observation group were used nerve stimulator location femoral nerve block,the sensory and motor block effect and continuous time of two groups were compared,the incidence of complications in two groups were evaluated. Results The block onset time and duration of motor block onset time in observation group were significantly faster than those of the control group (P〈0.05),the malignant vomiting and hypotension puncture site pain in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion For the elderly hip replacement patients,the implementation of nerve stimulator femoral nerve block can effectively improve the blocking efficiency and reduce complications,so it is worthy of promotion.
