临床护理路径在颅脑损伤患者急救中的应用

目的：探讨临床护理路径在颅脑损伤患者急救中的应用。方法收集2013年3月～2014年3月本院抢救的100例颅脑损伤患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径。比较两组的抢救时间、住院时间、住院总费用、格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS）、患者满意度、肺部感染发生率及死亡率。结果观察组抢救时间、住院时间、GOS评分低于对照组，住院总费用少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者满意度高于对照组，肺部感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组死亡率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论在颅脑损伤患者急救中实施临床护理路径，可以缩短急诊室抢救时间，减少医疗费用，降低住院期间并发症的发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Application of clinical nursing pathway in emergency rescue for patients with brain injury

Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in emergency rescue for patients with brain injury. Methods 100 cases of patients with brain injury in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,routine care was given to the control group,clinical nursing pathway was given to the observation group.The rescue time,length of stay,hospital costs, Glasgow outcome scale （GOS）,patient satisfaction,incidence of lung infection and mortality rate of two groups were compared. Results The rescue time,length of stay,GOS in observation group was shorter than that of the control group, hospital costs were less than that of the control group,patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,incidence of lung infection was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;the mortality rate of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway in emergency rescue for patients with brain injury can shorten rescue time,decrease hospital costs,reduce the incidence of complications during hospitalization,which is worthy of using in clinic.
