双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合茵栀黄佐治新生儿黄疸的临床效果观察

目的：探究双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合茵栀黄佐治新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选取2013年1～12月本院收治的84例黄疸患儿，将其随机分为治疗组42例和对照组42例。对照组采用蓝光治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上采用双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合茵栀黄治疗。比较两组患儿的临床效果及黄疸消退情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.62%，明显高于对照组的80.95%（P〈0.05）；治疗组的黄疸消退时间、住院天数短于对照组，胆红素日均下降值高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合茵栀黄治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果明显，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect observation of Bifidobacterium viable organism capsule com-bined with Yinzhihuang treating adjunctively neonatal jaundice

Objective o explore the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium viable organism capsule combined with Yinzhi-huang treating adjunctively neonatal jaundice. Methods 84 newborns with jaundice from January to December 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=42） and the control group （n=42） in our hospital.The control group were given the Blu-ray treatment,and the treatment group were treated with Bifidobacterium viable organism capsule combined with Yinzhihuang on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and jaundice subsiding in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group （97.62%） was significantly higher than that in the in the control group （80.95%） （P〈0.05）.The time of jaundice subsiding,hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,daily average decline value of bilirubin in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Bifidobacterium viable organism capsule combined with Yinzhihuang treating neonatal jaundice is obvious,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
