腹腔镜下原位旋切剔除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤的临床研究

摘    要:目的研究腹腔镜下原位旋切剔除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年2月-2013年11月收治的102例巨大子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为内镜组和对照组。对照组患者实施小切口开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,内镜组患者实施腹腔镜下原位旋切剔除术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中失血量,并观察排气时间及排尿时间。结果内镜组患者术中失血量显著少于对照组(P〈0.05),内镜组患者的排气时间显著短于对照组(P〈0.05),两组患者的手术时间及术后排尿时间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论腹腔镜下原位旋切剔除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤切实而可行,效果显著,可显著减少术中失血量,缩短排气时间,有利于患者术后恢复。

Clinical study of laparoscopic situ rotary cutting treatment of huge uter-ine fibroids

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic situ rotary cutting treatment of huge uterine fibroids. Methods 102 patients with huge uterine fibroids in our hospital from February 2012 to November 2013 were selected as the research objects,they were: divided into the endoscopic group and the control group according to the random number table method,the control ,group was given small incision open uterine flesh tumour removed treated,the endoscopic group was given laparoscopic situ rotary cutting treated,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss of two groups were compared,the exhaust time and micturition time of two groups were observed. Results The intraoperative blood loss in endoscopic group was significantly less than that of the control group (P〈0.05),the exhaust time in endoscopic group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P〈0.05),and there were no significant differences in operation time and micturition time between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion laparoscopic situ rotary cutting treatment of huge uterine fibroids is feasible and practical,the effect is significantly,can significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss,shorten the exhaust time and is beneficial to patients with postoperative recovery.
