无痛胃镜与常规胃镜检查的安全性及有效性对比分析

目的探讨无痛胃镜与常规胃镜检查的安全性及有效性。方法将2014年3～7月在本院胃镜室进行检查的80例患者随机分为两组，每组各40例，常规组采用传统胃镜检查，无痛组采用无痛胃镜检查，比较两组患者检查各阶段的血压、血氧饱和度、心率的变化和胃镜操作时间以及患者满意度。结果两组患者均完成胃镜检查，无痛组患者一次完成率为100％，显著高于对照组的95％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；无痛组患者的操作时间及患者满意度均显著优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；无痛组患者的血压、心率、血氧饱和度在检查前、中、后进行比较无明显波动，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；常规组患者的血氧饱和度在检查前、中、后比较无明显波动，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），而血压、心率在检查前、中、后比较显示波动明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论无痛胃镜具有痛苦小、耐受性好、不良反应少、操作时间相对较短的优点，有利于检查和治疗的顺利进行，明显增加了操作的成功性及准确性，其安全性、有效性更高，值得临床推广应用。

Comparison and analysis on safety and effectiveness of painless gas-troscopy and conventional gastroscopy

Objective To explore the analysis on safety and effectiveness of painless gastroscopy and conventional gastroscopy. Methods 80 patients upper chamber for inspection in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2014 were divided into two groups,each group had 40 cases.Conventional group used the traditional endoscopy,painless group used painless gastroscopy,the blood pressure,oxygen saturation,heart rate and endoscopy operating time and patient satisfaction in two groups of subjects in various stages of examination were conmpared. Results All patients were completed the endoscopy,the once a completion rate in painless group was 100%,significantly higher than that the 95% in conventional group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the operating time and patient satisfaction in painless group were significantly better than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation in painless group,before the test,during and after had no significant fluctuations,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）,while the conventional group only oxygen saturation targets before the test,during and after had no significant fluctuations,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）.while blood pressure,heart rate checked before,during and after showed fluctuations obvious,the difference was statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless gastroscope have less pain,well tolerated,adverse reactions,relatively short ＇operation time,and operation is relatively simple,is advantageous to the examination and treatment,significantly increase the success of operation and accuracy,and its security,effectiveness is higher,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
