角膜塑形镜控制学龄儿童近视发展的效果分析

摘    要:目的观察角膜塑形镜治疗学龄儿童近视的效果。方法将98例学龄期近视儿童随机分为角膜塑形镜组48例和框架镜组50例,戴镜前和戴镜后2年检查眼轴长度、眼屈光度,评价角膜塑形术控制近视进展的作用。结果角膜塑形镜组和框架镜组治疗前眼轴长度分别为(22.48±1.53)mm和(22.46±1.48)mm,治疗后眼轴长度分别平均增长(0.39±0.06)mm和(0.62±0.12)mm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);角膜塑形镜组和框架镜组治疗前屈光度(等效球镜)分别为(-1.75±0.50)DS和(-1.75±0.25)DS,治疗后屈光度分别增加(0.50±0.25)DS和(1.25±0.50)DS,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论角膜塑形镜可在一定程度上控制近视进展,眼轴长度和屈光度可作为观察近视进展情况的有效指标。

Effect analysis of orthokeratology lens control myopia development in school-age children

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of orthokeratology lens control myopia development in school-age children. Methods 98 cases of school-age children with myopia were divided into orthokeratology lens group (n=48) and frame mirror group (n=50),the global axial length and diopters were evaluated before and 2 year after the treatments,the role of orthokeratology lens control myopia development were evaluated. Results The global axial length in orthokeratology lens group and frame mirror group was (22.48±1.53) mm and (22.46±1.48) mm respectively before treatment,and it increase average of global axial length was (0.39±0.06) mm and (0.62±0.12) mm respectively after treatment,the difference was significant between the two groups (P〈0.05).Diopter in orthokeratology lens group and frame mirror group was (-1.75±0.50) DS mm and (-1.75±0.25) DS respectively before treatment,and increase average of diopter was (0.50±0.25) DS and (1.25±0.50) DS respectively after treatment,the difference was significant between the two groups (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Orthokeratology lens can effectively control the progression of myopia in school-age children,the global axial length and diopter can be used to monitor the progression of myopia.
