阶段性持续健康教育在剖宫产护理中的应用效果

目的：探讨阶段性持续健康教育的护理方式对剖宫产后的效果影响。方法将入院进行剖宫产手术的80例产妇随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组产妇采用常规护理，观察组产妇在整个围术期过程中分阶段进行持续健康教育的护理，比较两组产妇护理干预后的身体恢复情况、主观情绪和护理满意度情况。结果护理干预后，观察组产妇下床活动时间、排气时间和母乳喂养时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组产妇舒适度和安全感评分高于对照组，焦虑和抑郁程度评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用分阶段持续健康教育的护理方式，能明显改善剖宫产产妇术后的各项指标，改善患者的情绪变化，提高护理满意度，对促进患者的身心健康具有重要的作用。

Application effect of periodic continuing health education in cesarean sec-tion nursing

Objective To investigate the effect of periodic continuing health education in cesarean section nursing. Methods 80 cases of patients who were taken cesarean section surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were given with conventional care,the observation group were taken with periodic continuing health education during the entire perioperative nursing process.Physical recovery,subjective emotion and satisfaction were compared after nursing intervention. Results The ambulation time,exhaust time and duration of breast-feeding of observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.The comfort score and security score of observation group were higher than those of control group,the degree of anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.The satisfaction for nursing of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Periodic continuing health education can significantly improve the indicators of cesarean section surgery,improve the patient’s mood,increase nursing satisfaction,has an important role on promoting the patient’s physical and mental health.
