摘    要:目的观察循环改进管理理念在提升新人科护理人员T作状态中的应用效果。方法选取2011年1月~2013年6月的46名新人科护理人员为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规管理组)23名和观察组(循环改进管理理念组)23名,然后比较两组干预前后Utrecht工作投入量表及MBI—GS工作倦怠量表的评估结果。结果观察组干预后3、6个月的Utrecht工作投入量表及MBI—GS工作倦怠量表评估结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论循环改进管理理念在提升新人科护理人员工作状态中的应用效果较好.对护理人员的工作投入感及工作倦怠感均有积极影响。

Application effect of improved loop management concept in improving the working condition of new nursing staff

Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of improved loop management concept in improving the working condition of new nursing staff. Methods 46 new nurses from January 2011 to June 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group (conventional management group) in 23 cases and observation group (improved loop management concept group) in 23 cases,then the Utrecht work engagement scale and MBI-GS job burnout scale evaluation results of two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results The Utrecht work engagement scale and MBI-GS job burnout scale evaluation results of observation group at third and sixth month after the intervention were all better than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of improved loop management concept in improving the working condition of new nursing staff is better, and it has more active role for the work engagement and job burnout of nurses.
