摘    要:本文用荧光染色法,以一种荧光色素证明了淋巴结、胸腺和外周血液中异质性的淋巴细胞具有不同颜色的荧光.淋巴结内有五种不同荧光颜色的淋巴细胞能形成EAC花环。其中四种在抗原的刺激下,可分别分化为与它们荧光颜色相同的浆细胞,它们是B细胞。B细胞中主要有两种细胞进入血液。T细胞在胸腺中分化,可分化为对考地松敏感和耐性强的两个细胞系,它们具有不同的荧光颜色。由胸腺释放进入血流的T细胞有四种,它们的形态和大小不同,荧光颜色也不一样,它们是否代表T细胞的不同功能亚群有待进一步探讨。


Morphological study on heterogeneity of lymphocytes and differentiation of T cells with fluorescent staining
Abstract:Different fluorescent colors of heterogeneous lymphocytes in lymph nodes, thymus and peripheral blood were demonstrated with fluorescent staining method using one of the fluorochromes. Five groups of lymphocytes with different colors of fluorescence in lymph nodes could form EAC rosettes. Under stimulation of antigens four groups of them could differentiate to become plasma cells showing the same colors of fluorescence as their original lymphocytes, and these are B calls. There were mainly two groups of B cells entering into the blood stream. T cells differentiated in the thymus. The thymus cells could be divided into two cell lines which were sensitive or resistant to cortisone respectively, showing different colors of fluorescence. There were four groups of T cells released from the thymus to enter into the peripheral blood. They were different in shape, size and the fluorescent colors. Further exploration is needed whether they present different functional subpopulations of T cells.
