21例川崎病临床表现分析

目的提高对儿童川崎病的认识。方法对过去我院8年中收治的儿童川崎病21例进行回顾性临床分析。结果21例均有高热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、口腔及咽粘膜充血、指(趾)端和甲床交界处片状脱皮;心电图异常7例;心肌酶谱异常8例;贫血5例;超声心动图异常2例。结论持续发热5天以上,出现皮疹、结膜充血、指(趾)端脱皮、淋巴结肿大应高度怀疑本病,应及时行超声心动图检查,及早使用静脉丙种球蛋白和阿斯匹林治疗,防止发生血栓形成及心脏损害。

Clinical Situation Analysis of Kawasaki Disease in 21 Cases

Objective To deepen the understanding about Children Kawasaki disease. Methods A retrospectiveclinic Analysis of 21 Kawasaki disease patients was done in the past 8 years. Results all cases havehyperpyrexia,exanthem, tumefaction of lymph nodes, mouth cavity and pharyngeal mucous membrane hyperemia,digit tip and hyponychium borderline peel like sheet;abnormal ECG(7cases);abnormal myocardium zymogram(8cases);anemia(5cases);abnormal echocardiogram (2 cases). Conclusions When Febrile lasting 5 days,presenc exanthem, hyperemia of conjunctiva, digit tip and hyponychium borderline peel;tumefaction of lymphnodes, we should suspect this disease highly and make echocardiography promptly, to prevent thrombosis andheart damage, use IVIG and Aspirin as soon as possible.
