不同时期肺纤维化兔全肺灌洗液中炎症细胞及细胞因子研究

目的观察对不同时期肺纤维化兔全肺灌洗液中细胞因子浓度及炎症细胞百分比研究,从而为肺纤维化发病机制提供理论依据。方法将兔随机分成5d组、15d组、25d组,各组一次性灌注平阳霉素进行模型复制后分别在第5d、15d、25d进行全肺灌洗,对各组灌洗液中的炎症细胞及细胞因子进行分析。结果 5d组中TGF-β、TNF-α含量非常显著高于15d组及25d组（P〈0.01）,IFN-γ、IL-4含量显著高于后两组（P〈0.05）。5d组中性粒细胞百分比非常显著高于15d组及25d组（P〈0.01）,淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、巨噬细胞百分比显著高于后两组（P〈0.05）,所有细胞因子及炎症细胞15d组及25d组之间对比无差别。结论肺纤维化兔早期全肺灌洗液中细胞因子浓度及炎症细胞百分比均高于中、晚期。

Different stages of pulmonary fibrosis in the rabbit whole lung lavage of inflammatory cells and cytokines

Objective To observe the different stages of pulmonary fibrosis in rabbits with whole lung lavage fluid cytokine levels and the percentage of inflammatory cells to the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis,to provide a theoretical basis.Methods Groups of rabbits were randomly divided into 5d,15d group,25d group,one-time infusion of each group respectively,after copying the model Pingyangmycin in 5d,15d,25d for the whole lung lavage fluid of each group in the inflammatory cells and cytokine analysis.Results 5d group,TGF-β,TNF-α levels are significantly higher than the 15d and 25d group group（P0.01）,IFN-γ,IL-4 was significantly higher than the latter two groups（P0.05）.5d group is the percentage of neutrophils was significantly higher than 15d and 25d group group（P0.01）,lymphocytes,eosinophils,macrophages,the percentage was significantly higher than the latter two groups（P0.05）,all cytokines and 15d and 25d group of inflammatory cells compared no difference between groups.Conclusion Early pulmonary fibrosis in rabbits with whole lung lavage fluid levels of cytokines and inflammatory cells were higher than the percentage of middle and late.
