| 摘 要： | 上海县近十年(1981～1990年)传染病发病率下降趋势。1990年全县传染病总发病率为314.6/10万,较1980年的1346.7/10万下降76.64％。白喉、脊髓灰质炎和破伤风已连续10年没有发生,1990年无麻疹和百日咳病例。但肠道传染病发病仍较高,1990年肠道传染病的病例数占总病例数的90.91％,病毒性肝炎的发病率为215.8/10万。

| Abstract: | In recent ten years, the incidence rate of infectious diseases in the Shanghai County was markedly reduced. In 1990, the total county incidence rate of infectious diseases was 314/105, and as compared with that in 1980(1346.7/105) it dropped by 76.64%, These was not a case of diphtheria, poliomyelitis or tetanis occurred in the past ten years. In 1990, these was not a case of measles or pertussis occur-red. However, the incidence rate of gastrointestinal infectious was still high. In 1990, the number of case with intestinal infection accounted for 90.91% of all the case of infectious diseases, the incidence rate of viral hepatitis was 215.8/105. |
