耐多药结核病患者的心理分析及护理对策

目的针对耐多药结核病患者的心理状态采取相应的护理措施。方法86例患者采用问卷及个案调查相结合发现问题，及时进行心理干预。结果86例中初诊12例。复诊74例耐多药发生率60．6％，除具有一般结核患者具有的心理压力外，如83％有精神紧张、恐惧，55％有焦虑，85％治疗信心不足等，还有2．3％患者有自杀心理。结论经过实施个体化有效的心理干预和整体护理，多数患者能有效的调整不良心态，适应角色转变，积极配合治疗。

Psychological Analysis and Nursing Intervention on Tuberculosis Patients with Multi-drug Resistance

objective To analyze the psychological state of tuberculosis patients with multi - drug resistanceand take appropriate measures. Methods Conducted the questionnaires and case studies on 86 cases and took timdy psychological intervention when problems found . Results there were 12 patients with preliminary diagnosis and 74 cases with return visit, the incidence rate of multi - drug resistance is 60.6 %. In addition to the general psychological pressure, 83 % with mental tension or fear , 55 % having anxiety , 85 % lacking in confidence, 2.3 % committing suicide . Conclusion Through the effective implementation of individual psychological intervention and the overall care , most patients can adapt the negative attitudes effectively to the changing role and accept the treatment positively .
