巨幼细胞性贫血39例观察

目的：了解巨幼细胞性贫血的常见病因、特点、规律和变化,以更有效地采取相应的预防措施。方法：通过回顾性病例分析,总结目前巨幼细胞性贫血新的原因和特点。结果：中学生人群发生巨幼细胞性贫血的比例明显增高,同时育龄妊娠年龄段女性和老年人群依然易发。并且外周血三系血细胞明显减少的患者更多见也更容易被误诊,尤其中学生人群值得高度重视并进行有效预防。结论：提高巨幼细胞性贫血相关知识的宣传教育,注意高发人群的饮食结构,加强营养,积极治疗老年人群原发疾病,应该是防治巨幼细胞性贫血的有效措施。

Giant anemia 39 cases observed

Objective:To know Giant anemia of the common diseases,characteristics,laws and changes is more effectively take appropriate preventive measures.Methods:With Retrospective analysis of cases,summarise up the current giant anemia causes and characteristics of the new.Results:secondary school students in the crowd giant anemia have significantly increased the proportion,while women of childbearing age and pregnancy age of the elderly population is still prone.And three of the peripheral blood cells decreased significantly,more patients are more easily be misdiagnosed,especially secondary school students should be attached great importance to the crowd and effective prevention.Conclusion:raising giant anemia related knowledge publicity and education,pay attention to high-risk population of the diet and increase nutrition,and make positive treatment of the elderly population in the disease.Thus it should be the giant of anemia and effective measures.
