野黄芩甙抗炎作用的实验研究

目的：研究野黄芩甙是否有抗炎作用及其可能的作用机制。方法：制作小鼠耳肿胀模型，测定各组鼠耳肿胀程度；制作小鼠实验性腹膜炎模型，测定各组腹腔渗出液中白细胞数及渗出液量；制作小鼠气囊滑膜炎模型，测定各组炎性渗出物中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果：实验组耳肿胀程度、渗出液量、白细胞数及PGE2含量明显低于对照组。结论：野黄芩甙对炎症过程中的肿胀、毛细血管通透性增高、组织液渗出及白细胞游走都有明显的抑制作用，且此作用与炎症因子PGE2的产生和释放受抑制有关。

Anti-Inflammatory Effect of Scutellairin

Objective: Our aim was to study if the scutellairin has anti inflammatory effect and its possible mechanism. Methods:We set up models of swelling ear in mice and measured the swelling extent in each group. Models of experimental peritonitis in mice were set up and the amount of white blood cells and content of extravasate were measured in extravasate from abdominal cavity. Air sac models of synovitis in mice were set up and the content of prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2) was measured in inflammatory exceduate.Results:The swelling extent of ear, the volume of extravasate, the amount of white blood cells, and the content of PGE 2 in the experimental groups were obviously lower than those in the control groups. Conclusion:The scutellairin has obvious inhibitory effect on swelling, increased capillary permeability, excudate of tissue fluid, and wandering of white blood cells during inflammation, which is relevant to the inhibition of the production and release of the inflammatory factor PGE 2.
