危重患者床边X线下经胃镜引导放置空肠营养管的临床应用

目的评价危重病患者床边X线监视下经胃镜引导鼻空肠营养管放置术的临床应用价值。方法对病情危重不易搬动或昏迷的患者在床边经胃镜引导放置鼻空肠营养管，同时经床边X线摄片及CR．杌监视，观察营养管放置是否到位。结果床边X线监视下经胃镜引导可以将空肠营养管放置至空肠屈氏韧带以远30cm以上，置管成功率100％，置管15～45min，平均22min。置管后营养管在位良好，喂养过程顺利，患者营养状况明显改善。结论危重病患者床边X线下经胃镜引导放置鼻空肠营养管是一种操作简便快捷、安全可靠、实用有效的空肠营养管放置术。

Clinical application of setting operation of nasojejunic nutrition tube by gastroscope under observation of x-ray for emergency patient

Objective] To evaluate the clinical importance of the setting operation of nasojejunic nutrition tube by the gastroscope under the observation of the x-ray for the emergency patient. Methods] For the emergency patient who was hard to move or was shock, to set the nasojejunic tube by the gastroscope, and under the observation of the x-ray and CR equipment, then to see whether the nutrition tube is set precisely or not. Result] The jejunum nutrition tube could be set about 30 cm away from the duodenum Treitz by the gastroscope under the x-ray. The setting prevail rate was 100%, and the setting time was 15-45minutes, the mean time was 22minutes. After the setting, the nutrition tube is on the proper place, the process of feeding was easy, and the nutrition situation of the patient was improved evidently. Conclusion] To set the nasojejunic nutrition tube by the gastroscope under x-ray for the emergency patient is a setting operation of jejunum nutrition tube which is operated simply and quickly, secure and reliable, practical and effective.
