摘    要:目的 对比观察了乳酸钠林格液和佳乐施在术前急性扩容性血液稀释前后渗透压和电解质的变化。方法 20例病人随机分为佳乐施组(组1)和乳酸钠林格液组(组2),病人入室开辟静脉后分别给予两组液体(10ml/kg,30min输注守毕,分别于输液前后抽血查血常规(RT)电解质和渗透压。结果 两组扩容前后MAP,HR和渗透压(OSM)无明显变化。血K^+稀释性降低,分别下降13.1%和11.9%。组1扩容后HC

Abstract:Objective To compare the change of osmosis pressure and electrolyte during hypervolemic hemodilution by gelofusine (G) and lactated Ringer's solution (LG). Methods Twenty neurosurgical patients were randomly allocated into two groups, group G and group LR.The patients were infused with G or LR,10 ml/kg in 30 min respectively.The blood pressure,HR,HCT,HGB,platelet, blood osmosis pressure and electrolyte were measured before and after hypervolemic hemodilution,respectively. Results MAP, HR, OSM did not change significantly in two groups. K decreased by 13.1% and 11.9%, HCT decreased by 20.9% and 12.6%,respectively in group G and LR after hemodilution, and Na increased after infusion of G. Conclusion Gelofusine used for hypervolemic hemodilution is better than lactated Ringer's solution.
