| 摘 要： | 目的 分析230例上消化道出血的原因。方法 纤维胃镜检查及临床资料分析。结果 消化性溃疡103例，占44.8%；食管胃底静脉曲线破裂出血46例，占20.0%；恶性肿瘤23例，占10.0%；其他原因引起的45例，占19.6%；不明原因13例，占5.6%。结论 消化性溃疡与食管胃底静脉曲线破裂是上消化道出血的主要病因。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Method Clinical examination and gastroscopy were performed in these patients. Results Causes of hemorrhage were found to be peptic ulcer ( n =103,44.8%),rupture of esophageal varicose vein ( n =46,20.0%),malignant tumor ( n =23,10.0%), the others ( n =45,19.6%),and the unknown ( n =13,5.6%). Conclusion Peptic ulcer and rupture of esophageal vein are the most causes for the hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. |
