| 摘 要： | 利用高效液相色谱法对两种不同的转移因子类考物产品中多肽组份分子量的分布进行分析。应用岛津ＬＣ－６Ａ高效液相色谱第统，使用Ｃ１８反相色谱柱，对流动相、洗脱方式、洗脱时间、色谱条件进行反复试验，使用ＫＨ２ＰＯ４、１ml/min流速、２５min洗脱时间，得到委好的分离效果。方法简便，结果重现性好，适合作为生物工程产品的质控方法。

| Abstract: | High performing liquid chromatography system(HPLC) was used to analyse the molecular distribution of polypeptides.The reversed-phase C 18 column was utilized in the LC-6A HPLC system to analyse a sort of reagent of flow, flowing maner,flowing time,and rate of flow.As a result,methanol:KH 2PO 4 reagent,1 ml/min rate of flow,and 25 min flow time was proposed to finish this work.The repetition of result is good.In conclusion,it suggests that it is an efficient way to analysis distribution of polypeptide compounds.It provids a new way in the quality control of biotechnology. |
