| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺结核并呼吸窘迫无创正压通气的临床应用。方法对我院2005年以来血播性肺结核并急性呼吸窘迫无创正压通气11例进行回顾分析。结果10例血播性肺结核并急性呼吸窘迫患者应用NIPPV治疗取得了满意疗效。结论血播性肺结核并急性呼吸窘迫可行无创正压通气代替有创机械通气。
