肝动脉栓塞化疗联合CT引导下经皮氩氦刀靶向治疗肝癌的临床研究

目的探讨肝动脉栓塞化疗（TACE）联合CT导向下的氩氯刀治疗肝癌的原理、方法及临床疗效。方法60例不能手术切除的原发性肝癌随机分为两组：单纯TACE组31例；经导管肝动脉栓塞化疗联合氩氯刀治疗组29例。结果TACE组的完全坏死率、初次复发率及1a存活率分别24．14％、41．38％和72．41％；而联合治疗组分别为90．32％、9．68％和96．77％。两组完全坏死率、初次复发率及1a生存率的差异有显著性（其相应P值分别为0．001、0．004和0．009）。结论肝动脉栓塞化疗（TACE）联合CT导向下的氩氯刀治疗肝癌效果明显优于单纯栓塞化疗。

Clinical study of TACE combined with CT guided percutaneous targeted argon-helium cryoablation to treat liver carcinoma

Objective] To study principle, method and effect of percutaneous targeted argon-helium cryoablation combined with TACE to treat liver cancer. Method] 60 patients with unresectable liver cancer were randomized divided into two groups :group one (31 cases)was treated with TACE; :group two (29 cases)was treated with argon-helium cryoablation plus TACE. Result] The complete necrosis rate of tumor, the recurrence rate, and one-year survival rate were 24.14%, 41.38%, and 72.41%, respectively in group one, and 90.32%, 9.68%, and 96.77%, respectively in group two. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups (P value were 0.001, 0.004, and 0.009, respectively). Conclusion] The therapeutic effects TACE combined with CT guided percutaneous targeted argon-helium cryoablation of liver cancer show better results than of TACE alone.
