| 摘 要： | 目的 观察5-氟尿嘧啶对外阴尖锐湿疣(CA)细胞超微结构影响.方法 10例CA病人,用5-氟尿嘧啶治疗进行治疗,采用电子显微镜超薄切片法,观察治疗前后CA细胞的超微结构有无改变.结果 通过对比发现,用5-氟尿嘧啶治疗后CA细胞的超微结构发生改变,出现细胞凋亡.结论 5-氟尿嘧啶对外阴CA细胞超微结构有影响,并有诱导作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of 5-flurouracil (5-FU) on cell supermicro structure of Condyloma acuminate. Methods Using 5-FU treated 10 Condyloma acuminate. To compare the changes of cell supermicro structure at before and after treating using electronic microscope. Results Apoptosis could be found in after treating. Conclusion 5-FU can affect cell supermicro structure of Condyloma acuminate, and had introductory functions on cells of Condyloma acuminate. |
