活血益心汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法慢性充血性心力衰竭患者49例,随机分为观察组(25例)和对照组(24例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟活血益心汤治疗,均30 d为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察比较2组疗效。结果观察组临床近期治愈7例,显效13例,有效5例,总有效率为100.0%;对照组临床近期治愈3例,显效7例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率为75.0%。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),6个月内复发率和1 a内复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗基础上联合自拟活血益心汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,可明显提高疗效。

Efficacy of Huoxueyixin decoction to treat chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effects of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to treat chronic congestive heart failure. Methods Forty-nine patients with chronic heart failure were divided into observation group （ 25 cases） and control group （24 cases ）. The patients in control group were treated with regular western medicine, on the basis of this the patients in observation group were given Huoxueyixin decoction. One course of treatment was 30 days, and the efficacy of 2 groups was compared after one course of treatment. Results In observation group, 7 cases were clinical recent cured,13 cases were excellence,5 cases were good,there was no invalid cases,the total effective rate was 100%. In control group, 3 cases were clinical recent cured, 6 cases were excellence, 7 cases were good, 6 cases were invalid, total efficiency was 75.0%. The total efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the relapse rates of six month and one year were lower than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Treating the patients with chronic congestive heart failure with Huoxueyixin decoction on basis of western medicine can improve efficacy obviously.
