身痛逐瘀汤对大鼠腰椎间盘髓核细胞凋亡相关因子的作用

[目的]研究身痛逐瘀汤药理血清对大鼠诱导凋亡椎间盘髓核细胞Sox9、TGF-β1表达的影响。[方法]用细胞免疫化学和积分光密度分析等方法比较分析身痛逐瘀汤药理血清对诱导凋亡大鼠腰椎间盘髓核细胞Sox9、TGF-β1表达的影响。[结果]身痛逐瘀汤组和凋亡诱导组比较,TGF-β1明显下降,而Sox9明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]身痛逐瘀汤可以调控大鼠椎间盘髓核细胞内TGF-β1、Sox9表达,其延缓椎间盘退变的机制可能与调控细胞的凋亡相关因子有关。

The Role Of Shentongzhuyu Decoction On Rat Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Nucleus Pulposus Cells's Apoptosis-related Factors

[ Objective]To study the effect of body serum pharmacological of Shentongzhuyu Decoction on rat intervcrtebral disc nucleus pulposus cells induce apoptosis Sox9, TGF - β1 expression. [ Methods] The methods of Immunocytochemistry and integrated optical density analysis to comparative analysis. [Results] The group with Shentongzhuyu Decoction comparative to apoptosisinducing group, TGF- β1 was significantly downward, but the Sox9 was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion]The Shentongzhuyu Decoction can control TGF- β1, Sox9 expression of rat disc nucleus pulposus cells, and the delay mechanism of disc degeneration may be related to regulation of apoptosis - associated factor - related.
