摘    要:目的 优化宣肺饮合剂的最佳澄清工艺。方法 高效液相法测定绿原酸含量,并以绿原酸含量、钙含量、可溶性总 固体物为指标,采用L9(3~4)正交试验设计对壳聚糖溶液用量、药液浓缩比例、pH值三因素进行三水平考察。并用最佳工艺制 得产品与醇沉工艺制得产品进行比较。结果 通过方差分析,确定最佳澄清工艺因素组合为:药液浓缩至4:1,按1ml·g-1比 例加入壳聚糖溶液,不调pH值。各项指标明显优于醇沉工艺产品,且可简化工艺,降低成本,提高产品稳定性。结论 壳聚 糖澄清剂工艺可用于宣肺饮合剂的工艺改进。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the clarifying technique of Xuanfeiyin Mixture by chitosan in orthogonal disign. Methods HPLC was used to determine chlorogenic acid. While calcium content and all quantity of soluted solid were used as standard.The optimum clarifying technique conditions were investigated by L9(34) orthogonal design in order to study the three factors: density, pH and the content ration of the chitosan in the mixture. And results of the new clarifying technique were compared with that of the old one which used ethanol as precipitant.Results The best clarifying technique was:the liquid medicine was concentred to 4:1 and add chitosan with lml·g-1.The method can simplify the technique,lower the cost and raise the product's stability.Conclusion Adsorption clarification technique can be used in clarifying Xuanfeiyin Mixture.
