| 摘 要： | 目的：为提高维C银翘颗粒的质量标准，建立样品中维生素C的含量测定方法。方法：用经典方法一碘量法。结果：与经典方法相比较，由于减半取样，缩短了滤过时间，使本法更加合理、迅速、结果准确。平均回收率为97．8263％，相对标准差RSD=1．2％。结论：应用于维C银翘颗粒测定维生素C含量，能有效控制产品质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To raise the quality standard of Wei C Yinqiao Grannules and establish a method for determination of vitamine C in sample.Methods:The content of Vit C were determined by the classical methods iodimetry.Results:Compared with classical methods,this method was more reasonable,rapid and accurate,because of shortening the filter time by reducing half of the number of sample.The average recovery was 97 8263% and RSD=1 2%.Conclusion:The method is used to determine the content of vitamine C in Wei C Yinqiao Granules and can control the quality of the products effectively. |
