The paper makes an overall summary of the experience in running a school and the law of personnel training at the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The university has run a 7-year major in conventional traditional Chinese medicine. The paper analyzes the features of the training scheme , focusing on the genetic engineering.
