阿德福韦酯对CHB患者血清细胞因子水平的影响及临床意义

目的探讨阿德福韦酯（ADV）对慢性乙型肝炎（chmnichepatitisB，CHB）$者外周血辅助性T（T-helper，Th）l／Th2型细胞因子表达的调节作用及治疗CHB的作用机制。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测32例CHB患者服用ADV治疗前、后48周的血清中白介素（interleukin，IL）-2、IL-6、IL-10、干扰素（interferon，IFN）-γ的水平，并选取21位献血者作对照。结果ADV治疗后n1型细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ水平明显升高（P〈0．05），Th2型细胞因子IL-6、IL—10水平明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论ADV有可能通过改善Th1／Th2型细胞因子的表达失衡，恢复特异性细胞免疫功能，有助于慢性HBV感染的恢复。

Effect of adefovir dipivoxil on serum cytokine levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the effect of adefovir dipivoxil （ADV） on the regulation of the expressions of peripheral blood type 1 and type 2 T-helper （Th） cytokines and the mechanism of ADV treatment in the patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. Methods The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect serum levels of interleukin （IL）-2, IL-6, IL-10, and interfe- ron （IFN）- γ in 32 CHB patients before and after 48 weeks of ADV treatment. Twenty-one healthy blood donors were included as controls. Results After treatment, serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ Thl cytokines, increased significantly （P〈O.05）, and serum le- vels of IL-6 and IL-10, Th2 cytokines, decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ADV can improve the unbalanced expres- sions of Th1/Th2 eytokines so as to achieve the recovery of specific cellular immunity and the clearance of HBV.
