| 摘 要： | 目的评价应用黄芪注射液治疗慢性心衰的疗效.方法60例慢性心衰患者随机分为黄芪治疗组(30例)和常规组(30例),黄芪组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液 40 ml(iv, qd),14 d 为1疗程.结果黄芪治疗组总有效率90%较对照组的 83.3%为高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);而显效率(67.7%)则高于对照组(40.0%)(P<0.05).结论黄芪注射液可改善心功能,是治疗慢性心衰的有效药物之一.

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of Astragalus in jection in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. METHODS: 60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into Astragalus injection treatment group and control group. The Astr agalus injection group was treated with Astragalus injec tion 40 ml (iv, qd) based on normal treatment. The treatments lasted for 14 days . RESULTS: The total effective rate in the Astragalus injection group was 90%, and 83.3 % in the control group(P> 0.05 ). But the obvious effective rate ( 67.7 %) in the Astra galus injection group was higher than that in the control. CONC LUSION: The Astragalus injection can improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure. |
