补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症临床疗效探讨

目的：探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2010年6月-2011年6月收治的94例中风后遗症患者，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各47例，两组患者均行常规治疗，对照组患者在此基础上加用回春丸治疗，观察组患者则在常规治疗的基础上加用补阳还五汤加减治疗，对两组患者的治疗总有效率进行对比。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率为91.5%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为74.5%，观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上给予中风后遗症患者补阳还五汤加减治疗可有效提高治疗效果，值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical observation on treating stroke sequel with Buyang Huanwu decoction

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on treating stroke sequel. Methods： 94 patients were randomly divided into two groups, all groups were given routine treatment, based on it, the control was given Huichun Wan, while the observation was given Buyang Huanwu decoction. Results： In the observation the total efficacy of 91.5% was better than 74.5% in another. Conclusion： Routine treatment plus Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve the effects and was worthy of promotion.
