刃针配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕疗效观察

目的：观察刃针配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕的疗效。方法：将130例患者随机分为治疗组和药物组各65例，治疗组采用刃针配合手法治疗，药物组采用静脉滴注注射用丹参，盐酸培他啶注射液。对两组病人疗程前后进行彩色经颅多普勒超声（TCD）检测对比分析，均在2个疗程后评价疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.92%，药物组为86.15%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），治疗组优于药物组，且治疗组的椎动脉、基底动脉血流平均速度变化比治疗前明显改善，亦优于药物组。结论：刃针配合手法可明显改善椎动脉、基底动脉的血液供应，对椎动脉型颈椎病及其引起的眩晕有较好疗效。

Effective observation on treating vertigo from cervical vertebral artery disease by acupuncture and massage

Objective： To observe efficacy of acupuncture and massage for vertigo cervical vertebral artery disease. Methods： 130 patients were randomly divided into treated group, given acupuncture and massage, and medicine group, given Danshen and betahistine hydrochloride injection. 2 courses later, the two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy in the treated was 96.92%, better than 86.15% in the medicine group; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, blood flow velocity changes of vertebral artery and basilar artery were obviously improved and better than that in the medicine group. Conclusion： Acupuncture and massage can obviously improve blood supply to the vertebral artery, basilar artery and have good effects on vertigo from cervical vertebral artery disease.
