中医辨证治疗变态反应性皮肤病的临床分析

目的：对中医辨证治疗变态反应性皮肤病的临床效果进行观察和分析。方法：选择50例于2012年1月-2013年9月在我院进行变态反应性皮肤病治疗的患者资料进行研究和分析，将患者分为对照组和治疗组两组，每组25例，对对照组患者进行门冬氨酸钙注射液治疗，对治疗组患者进行中医辨证治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察和分析。结果：治疗组患者13例痊愈，7例显效，3例有效，2例无效，治疗总有效率为92%；对照组8例痊愈，6例显效，5例有效，6例无效，治疗总有效率为76%，两组患者临床治疗效果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对变态反应性皮肤病患者进行中医辨证治疗能够取得理想的临床治疗效果，缓解和减轻患者痛苦。

A clinical analysis of treating allergic skin diseases inTCM differentiation

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of TCM differentiation on treating allergic skin diseases. Methods： 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given calcium aspartate injection, the treatment was given TCM differentiation. Results： In the treatment group, 13 patients were cured, 7 for markedly effective, 3 for effective, 2 for invalid, the total efficiency was 92%; in the control group, 8 patients were cured, 6 for markedly effective, 5 for effective, 6 for invalid, the total efficiency was 76%, the differences of clinical efficacy in both groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM differentiation can achieve confirmed clinical effects and relieve patients’ pain.
