中医综合治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的临床研究

目的：探讨中医综合治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的临床效果。方法：将2011年3月-2013年3月我院收治的77例子宫内膜异位症不孕患者按不同治疗方法分为试验组（40例，给予中医综合治疗）和对照组（37例，给予口服西医药孕三烯酮胶囊治疗），对两组治疗效果进行综合比较。结果：试验组妊娠率（67.50%）明显高于对照组（43.24%）（P〈0.05）；试验组治疗总有效率（87.50%）高于对照组（67.57%）（P〈0.05）；试验组经治疗后的成熟卵泡个数及最大卵泡直径较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0.05）。结论：中医综合疗法可有效改善子宫内膜异位症不孕患者的临床症状，提高患者妊娠率。

A clinical study on treating endometriosis-related infertility inTCM

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of TCM on treating endometriosis （EMs）-related infertility. Methods： 77 patients were randomly divided into experimental group （40 cases, given TCM therapy） and control group （37 cases, given gestrinone capsules）. Results： The pregnancy in experimental group （67.50%） was higher than that in the control （43.24%） （P〈0.05）; the total efficiency in experimental group （87.50%） was higher than that in the control （67.57%） （P〈0.05）; there has significant difference in the number of follicles and diameter of follicle comparing with before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM therapy can effectively improve clinical symptoms and elevate the pregnancy.
